Climax Lawrence is a professional Indian football player. Lawrence is a fierce defensive midfielder in football, but he is also known for being a patient and modest player. Check out his biography, facts and records.

Climax Lawrence is a professional Indian football player, born on 16 January 1979. In the Goa Professional League, he acts as a midfielder for FC Bardez. Climax’s first professional football deal was with Salgaocar Football Club, which he signed when he was 19 years old in 1998. He departed the club in 2004 and joined East Bengal Club. He only lasted at East Bengal Club for a year before moving to Dempo Club. Lawrence is still a member of the Dempo Club, where he has helped them win a lot of football championships and series. Lawrence is a fierce defensive midfielder in football, but he is also known for being a patient and modest player. Climax had to wait on the substitution bench at Salgaocar Sports Club, his first club, for a long time, according to Franky Barreto, a senior Indian football player from Goa.

Lawrence owes a debt of gratitude to Marcus Pacheco, his Salgaocar Club coach, who he credits with nurturing the hidden talent within him. He has also been doing well with Dempo Club, contributing to their most recent success in the National Football League (NFL) season and the first season of the I League, allowing them to qualify for the AFC Champions League 2009 Group Stage. In November 2009, the League was held in Tokyo’s National Stadium. Climax Lawrence was asked to join the Indian National Football team by Stephen Constantine, the squad’s coach, in the year 2002. Since then, he has played for the Indian Football team on a regular basis and has represented them in a number of tournaments and matches. Climax has the record of scoring the game-winning goal against Afghanistan in the 91st minute of an AFC Challenge Cup encounter in July 2008. He scored the game-winning goal in India’s 1-0 triumph over Afghanistan.Climax Lawrence is presently a Dempo club Indian Football Player. In different international football competitions, Lawrence represented a variety of well-known soccer clubs as well as the Indian National Football Team.

  • Climax Lawrence finished his club career with Laxmi prasad SC and was invited by Armando Colaco, who took on the following Goa Police Cup Champion of Goa Leagues, Salgaocar FC in the Goa Charity Cup on August 27 ahead of 2017/18, to help him in a coaching capacity during the newly formed 2016 FC Bardez.
