148 vs Afghanistan (2019)


This is the best innings in the career of Eoin Morgan and It came in the 2019 World Cup against Afghanistan and Morgan hit 148 runs in this innings in just 71 balls and he smashed 4 fours and a record 17 sixes in this innings meaning a total of 118 runs in boundaries and only 102 runs in sixes alone. He had a strike rate of a staggering 208.45 and as a result of this assault England won this match by 150 Runs. This was brutality at its best and he made a statement that day.

110* vs Bangladesh (2010)


This was his first ODI hundred for England and he made it against a very good Bangladesh team in 2010. England were chasing 261 to win in 50 overs and all the other batters were not doing much but Eoin Morgan came in at number 5 and from that point there was no looking back because he took full control of the Innings and in 104 balls he made a brilliant 110* and he hit 8 fours and 2 sixes in this innings meaning 44 runs in boundaries. His strike rate was an impressive 105.77 and he stayed till the end and England won this match by 2 wickets. Certainly a great debut hundred for England.

103* vs Australia (2010)


The first ODI hundred for Eoin Morgan against Australia and it was that Australian team that had won 3 back to back ODI World Cups and ge was in the early stages of his career and for him to make this Hundred in a tricky chase of 268 was something that had to be put in this list. No other batter other than him got to a 50 so it says a lot when Eoin Morgan hit 103* from just 85 balls and he hit 16 fours in the Innings meaning 64 runs in boundaries alone. His strike rate was 121.18. Ge made sure that England win the match by 4 wickets and this was a very special moment for him.

124* vs Ireland (2013)


This is a great hundred by Eoin Morgan against a country where he started his international career and for him to play such a knock against his nation of birth must have meant a lot to him. And yet again this was in a chase as England were chasing 270 to win and again none of the other English batters batted well and at number 5 came Eoin Morgan and again he was not out till the end as he made 124* from 106 balls and he hit 8 fours and 4 sixes in this innings meaning 56 runs in boundaries. His strike rate was 116.98 and he made sure yet again that England win the match by 6 wickets.

113* vs New Zealand (2015)


In this match England was chasing 350 to win in 50 overs which means 7 runs per over and it was difficult but Eoin Morgan made it look so easy. England chased down 350 with 6 overs left which is mind boggling. Eoin Morgan came to bat at number 4 this time and from ball 1 he went on the attack and he only took 82 balls to make his match winning 113* and he absolutely decimated 12 fours and 5 sixes in this innings meaning 78 runs in boundaries alone. His strike rate was a very good 137.80 and England had started a new template of playing ODIs and it would take them to the 2019 World Cup win.
