India were batting first and he opened the batting and he was attacking the bowlers and never allowed to settle into a rhythm and he took 113 balls to make 101 and he hit 11 fours in this innings and he had a strike rate of 89.38. India won this match by 46 runs and he was man of the match.
62 vs Pakistan (2008)
This is not a hundred but an innings which was very important in the career of Gautam Gambhir as it was his first big innings vs Pakistan and it came when India won the match and his runs were a very important part in that win. He was opening the batting and in this innings he was batting in a more aggressive manner and he took 62 balls to make 62 runs and he hit 6 fours and In the end India won the match by 140 runs.

150 vs Sri Lanka (2009)
This is the joint highest score by Gautam Gambhir in ODI cricket and it came vs Sri Lanka in 200( and in this match India were batting first and Gautam Gambhir was in rampaging form as he spared no one that day and en route to his 150 he took 147 balls and he hit 14 fours and 1 six in this match meaning a total of 62 runs in boundaries. Gautam Gambhir made a statement that he can make big scores in ODIs and as a result of this mammoth innings India won this match by 67 runs.
136* vs New Zealand (2010)
This is the 4th Innings in this list and in this match Gautam Gambhir made this brilliant hundred while chasing a good total to win the match as in the first innings New Zealand made a good total of 258 and while chasing Gautam Gambhir made sure that India were always ahead in the match and he battled throughout the Innings and he took 116 balls to make 136* and he smashed 18 fours in this innings meaning a total of 72 runs in boundaries. India won this match by 8 wickets easily.

97 vs Sri Lanka (2011)
The 5th Innings in this list is a no brainer as this was the most important ODI Innings in the career of Gautam Gambhir and he just be sad that he missed out a well deserved hundred. It was the 2011 World Cup Final and India were chasing 275 to win and they lost 2 quick Wickets of Sachin and Sehwag and from there on Gautam Gambhir build the Innings and has great partnerships with Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni and Gautam Gambhir took 122 balls to make 97 runs in which he hit 9 fours that means he ran a lot. It was a heroic innings which led to India winning the 2011 World Cup.
