He has had a long 20 year plus international career and he has achieved so much for Pakistan cricket that it will be difficult to choose the Top 5 in his illustrious career. Shoaib Malik has been playing international cricket since 1999 and he has not yet fully retired. He has played 35 Test Matches for Pakistan and in those Matches he has made 1898 runs at an average of 35.18 with 3 Test hundreds and 1 Double Hundred as well. In the ODI format he has played 287 ODI Matches and he has scored 7534 runs at an average of 34.56 with 9 ODI hundreds and in the T20I format he has played 124 matches till now and has made 2435 runs at an average of 31.22. 245 vs England (2015)
The best batting performance in the career of Shoaib Malik came late in his career against England in 2015 where he got a massive 245 runs while batting first. He played 420 balls in that innings with 24 fours and 4 sixes meaning a total of 120 runs in boundaries. He was striking at 58.33 and this was a monumental innings for him and it capped off his test career in style. The match was a draw but Shoaib Malik was a star.

148* vs Sri Lanka (2006)
One of the best match saving innings was Played by Shoaib Malik in this match vs Sri Lanka who in 2006 had one of the best teams in the world and a great bowling attack. Pakistan were batting 4th and they needed to bat over 120 overs to save this test match and Shoaib Malik came out to open and he played the full 121 overs and he played for 369 balls and hit 21 fours and 2 sixes and he was striking at 40.11 but the way he played and saved the test match for Pakistan was commendable.

111* vs West Indies (2002)
The first ODI hundred for Shoaib Malik and it was a match winning knock and he was the standout batter in that match as well. Pakistan were batting first and he came at number 4 and he played for 130 balls and he hit only 9 fours and 1 six in that innings but it was such a special innings that it allowed Pakistan to win this match by 51 runs and he became a global star after that match. One of the best first ODI hundreds ever.

143 vs India (2004)
This is the highest ODI score in the career of Shoaib Malik and it came against India in 2004 and this was a really special innings from him because the pressure of India vs Pakistan matches are intense and he just smashed it by only taking 127 balls and hitting 18 fours and 1 six which means a total of 78 runs in boundaries. He was striking at an impressive 112.60 and due to his incredible innings Pakistan won that match by 59 runs.

101* vs West Indies (2017)
The last performance in this article is yet another match winning performance by Shoaib Malik and this was vs West Indies in 2017 during the later stages of his ODI career. Pakistan were chasing 234 to win and they were in a tough spot and Malik came at number 5 and he scored a brilliant century and batted for 111 balls with 10 fours and 2 sixes and he was striking it at 90.99 and Pakistan won the match by 6 wickets in the End.
