1985 French Open Final vs Martina Navratilova

I have saved the best for last as this match was one of the toughest matches that Chris Evert had faced and the way in which she won showed her character on the tennis court. This was a humdinger of a match where no inch was given as Chris Evert won the 1st set 6-3 but then it was all too close as Martina Navratilova won the second set after a tie break by 7-6 and it was everything to play for in the 3rd and deciding set and here e Chris Evert had a little more left in the tank as she won this set by 7-5 in a match that spanned over 2 hours between 2 of the best to do it.
