He has hit 1 century and 37 scores of over 50. He has been playing this format for more than a decade and he will most likely be in the 2024 T20I World Cup.

2) Rohit Sharma

The Top 2 are from India yet again in the white ball format and Rohit Sharma has earned his place as the second best batter in the history of this format. He has played 104 Matches for Pakistan and he has hit 3485 runs at a good average of 41.49 and a strike rate of 128. He has hit 3 hundreds and 30 half centuries in T20IS. He still has a lot of years left in this format and going by how young he is and the age of the others, it is very likely that he will soon become the highest run getter in T20I cricket.

4) Martin Guptill

At number 4 is the New Zealand batter Martin Guptill . He is the 3rd highest run getter in this format and he held the record before Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli went past him. The Ireland batter deserves to be on this list because he has been the best player in this format from the lesser formidable nations who play the sport. Paul Stirling has played 131 Matches for Ireland and in those Matches he has made 3408 runs. He has 1 century and 23 half centuries to his credit in this format. He has been recently appointed the captain of Ireland so this will give him a chance to get a few more Hundred runs and inch closer to that 4000 run mark.

9) Muhammad Rizwan

The second batter from Pakistan to make this list and Mohammad Rizwan has the second best average in this list. He has played 85 T20IS for Pakistan In which he has scored 2797 runs at a very good average of 49.07. He has made 1 Hundred and 24 half centuries in T20IS. And just like his teammate Babar Azam, he has a few more years left in him but he would like to take that strike rate to over 135 from the current 127 that he bats in.

10) Kane Williamson

The great New Zealand batter completes this list and he had to be in this list. He is the best New Zealand batter of all time and he has molded his game to suit the quick fire tempo of T20 cricket.
