104 vs Australia at Wellington (2010)

This innings did not help New Zealand from losing this match but it prevented an innings defeat which was looking very likely but whatever it may be this was an innings of the Highest quality in a very difficult position for New Zealand and against some of the best bowlers in the world. He controlled his natural aggressive self yet again in this innings and played for 232 balls for his incredible century which will be remembered by all fans and he gained a lot of respect after this innings.


195 vs Sri Lanka at Christchurch (2014)

After looking at two test innings where Brendon McCullum held his aggressive self back for the team , in this innings he brought out his greatest hits as he played an ODI innings in a test match as he smashed the Bangladesh bowlers all over the ground and hit 18 fours and 11 huge sixes to bring up his 195 runs and it was sheer entertainment and blockbuster batting at its very best and all the fans apart from Bangladesh were in awe and enjoying every bit of it.

59 vs South Africa at Auckland (2015)

The quantity of the runs might look small but the impact of this innings will be felt in New Zealand cricket for a long time to come as this cane in the semi final of the 2015 World Cup against South Africa and Brendon McCullum just went berserk and played a T20I innings in an ODI world cup semi final as he completely destroyed the great South Africa bowling attack and scored 59 from just 26 balls and setup a foundation which would help New Zealand reach their first world cup final.

2014 was a very good year in the career of Brendon McCullum but in November of that year Philip Hughes tragically died and the cricket World was shook to its very core and then came the series against Pakistan and Brendon McCullum channeled all the emotions of the incident and scored one of the best double Hundreds one will ever see as he absolutely decimated the Pakistan bowling attack and in just 188 deliveries he scored 202 runs and the world yet again saw the destructive side to him.
