Opening Batters 


Jos Buttler (C) (WK)


The captain of this team and the wicket Keeper of this team will be Jos Buttler. He will also be the opening batter of this team. He has been the best batter that England has ever seen. Eoin Morgan 


Eoin Morgan was the mainstay of the white ball England team in the 2010s. He played 115 T20Is in his career. Eoin Morgan made 2458 runs at an average of 28.58. He hit 14 half centuries with a highest score of 91. Eoin Morgan struck the ball at 136.18 and he hit 120 sixes in international T20I Cricket. He was a small man but he had a lot of power that he used to hit big sixes. It was under his watch that England changed the way they played cricket. 


Moeen Ali


The spin bowling all rounder is at number 5. Moeen Ali has been a very good player for England in white ball cricket. He has especially worked on his bowling which has made him a very useful player. He has played 92 Matches so far for England. He has made 1225 runs at an average of 21.17. Moeen Ali has hit 7 half centuries in this format. He has also taken 51 Wickets at an average of 27.14. He will look to play 100 T20Is for England. 


Ben Stokes 


Although Ben Stokes might not have the sample size as all the others have, that does not mean he does not deserve a place in this team. He is a game changer and he can win matches from any situation. He has played in 95 T20Is for England so far in his career. Chris Jordan has taken 108 Wickets in his career. He will look to get close to the 150 Wickets mark in this format. He is also one of the best fielders for England. 


Adil Rashid 


The best spinner to have played for England in white ball cricket Adil Rashid Is the specialist spinner in this team. He has played 127 T20Is for England so far. He is one of the highest wicket takers for England in T20I Cricket. He has so far taken 135 Wickets at an average of 24.45. Adil Rashid has taken 3 Four Wicket Hauls in T20I Cricket. He has an economy of 7.41 which is very good. He will play and will look to cross the 150 Wickets mark soon. 


Jofra Archer 


The two fastest bowlers for England are the last 2 members to be selected in this team. Jofra Archer is the first of the 2 to be selected.
