The full name of Sachin Tendulkar is Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar and he was born on 24th April 1973 in Bombay and since when he was 9 years old he was hooked into cricket and especially the 1983 World Cup win for India changed it from his passion to something he wanted to do for Life. He was very talented since a very young age and that’s the reason why he was fast tracked. He is fondly called as the Little Master or the Master Blaster by all the fans but he is called Paaji by all the players who came after him. Although he was only 5 ft 5 inches he could play shots that people over 6 ft could not and that says everything we need to know about him. He was also a very good off break as well as a leg break bowler.

He played for India at the top of his game for 24 years from 1989-2013 and for the entire 24 years, he was the best batter and the most famous cricketer in the world. His debut test match was against Pakistan in Pakistan on 15th November 1989 only at the age of 16 years and after dominating the game for 24 years and playing 200 test matches, he played his last test match against West Indies on 14th November 2013 thus ending a historic career. His ODI career started on 18th December 1989 against Pakistan and after 23 years and destroying every Bowler, he played his last ODI match against Pakistan on 18th March 2012.
