The full name of Waqar Younis is Waqar Younis Malita and he was born on 16th November and he was born at Vehari In Pakistan and since when he was young he used to bowl fast and the seniors saw something in him and decided to guide him to become a fast bowling Superstar. His height is 6 ft and that allowed him to get a steep bounce and get batters out bu bouncing them out a lot of times. He was also an okay right handed batter as well for Pakistan.

International Information :


He played for Pakistan from 1989-2003 which is 14 years of bowling express fast bowling and just destroying batting line-ups all around the world. He played his first Test match on 15th 1989 vs India and that was also the debut test match of Sachin Tendulkar and after 14 years of playing top class test cricket he played his last test match against South Africa on 2nd January 2003. His ODI career started on 14th October 1989 vs West Indies and after 14 years he too played his last ODI match vs Zimbabwe on 4th March at the 2003 World Cup along with Wasim Akram. He has had one of the most stellar careers in Pakistan cricket ever.
